- Ramped entrance to villa and pool area
- Master suite on ground floor
- 'Easy access' over-sized swimming pool with (optional) heating.
- Additional ground floor bathroom refitted with extra-wide entrance and 'drive-in' shower.
- Access to upper floor by stairlift.
